Biography : Andy Shapiro leads Biggins Lacy Shapiro & Company’s new West Coast Practice Office in Walnut Creek, CA. BLS & Co. is a full-service site selection and incentives advisory firm with offices in key markets across the United States. In almost 30 years as a site selection consultant, he has advised clients in practically all industries and managed projects spanning headquarters, back offices, R&D, distribution center, and Manufacturing operations, among others.

Personal Note : Andy earned a B.A. and an M.S. in Urban Planning from The George Washington University. He is a founding member of the Site Selectors Guild and now sits on the Guild’s Board of Directors. Andy also is a frequent speaker and a media contributor on site selection and economic development topics.
