Biography : Brad Lindquist joined Newmark in 2013 and is currently a member of the Global Strategy and Consulting Team, a practice within the firm’s Global Corporate Services (GCS). Bringing broad strategic location expertise across all asset types and global capabilities in scope, Brad’s areas of specialization include business location strategy, facility site selection, economic incentives negotiations and real estate portfolio optimization.

Brad has experience in domestic and international facility strategy, labor market evaluations and incentives negotiations. Over his career, Brad has provided consulting services to clients across a wide range of industries including advanced Manufacturing, aerospace, alternative energy, automotive, financial and business services, food and beverage, life sciences, retail distribution and others.

In additional to project work in nearly every state of the U.S,, Brad also has experience with on-the-ground assignments in Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Iceland, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan and the United Kingdom. Brad came to Newmark after serving as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on assisting corporations and public agencies in aligning their business and facility implementation strategies with their corporate objectives and operations.
