Biography : Kim Williams Davis began her site selection career in 2003 and joined Quest Site Solutions (Quest) as a Director in 2020. Her prior experience includes working as a Principal with McCallum Sweeney Consulting. She provides site selection, incentive negotiation, and economic development consulting services to a variety of companies and organizations worldwide.

Kim assists client in finding the optimal location to meet their strategic and operation goals. The services that she delivers include detailed property and infrastructure evaluations, geographic information systems (GIS) analysis, demographics and labor analysis, financial evaluations, and incentive negotiations. Current and past site selection experience includes projects in Manufacturing, headquarters, and distribution.

Personal Note : Kim has a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Centre College. She resides in South Carolina with her husband, Rick, and two dogs. Kim enjoys running, gardening, and kayaking.
