Personal Note : Prior to joining KPMG, Robert served as Development Specialist for the Governor’s Action Team in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and completed the Pennsylvania Management Associate Program (PMA). PMA is a post graduate fellowship designed to bring new and innovative leadership to Pennsylvania state government.

Robert holds an M.P.A. from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. from the California University of Pennsylvania. He is an avid cyclist, logging thousands of miles annually.

Biography : Robert is the Managing Director in KPMG’s Global Location and Expansion Services (GLES) practice based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has over fifteen years of cross-functional experience, primarily focusing on location analysis, site selection and business incentive services, serving as a national resource and subject matter expert (SME) at KPMG. He manages a national cross-functional team who executes projects ranging from $1 million to in excess of $1 billion in capital investment.

Robert develops location and site selection strategies for a broad range of corporate investment projects operating within an array of industries. He designs incentive negotiation strategies to help clients reduce up-front and recurring project costs and performs comprehensive operational and cost assessments to support the due diligence of real estate, labor markets, utilities and infrastructure, and tax.
