As a Director of Site Selection with CBRE Americas Consulting, Sydney seamlessly translates clients’ business objectives into smart, executable real estate strategies. She believes in a data-driven process when it comes to location analysis and incentive negotiation engagements. Her deep understanding of workforce, infrastructure, and supply chain fuel her success in the industrial sector.

Sydney works across various asset/project types including corporate HQ relocations, Manufacturing plants, and distribution centers. She is practiced in relocation, expansion, and new operation site selection decisions.

Personal Note : Sydney was born and raised in Southern California. After years of undergraduate research, she took her passion for the sciences to a Napa Valley winemaking laboratory. Following her tenure, she returned to Los Angeles to become a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and joined CBRE’s site selection practice. Sydney is an avid runner, yogi, and dog mom.
