Located in the heart of South Carolina, the Central SC Alliance (CSCA) is focused on cultivating economic advancement and enrichment in the communities of the Central SC Region. As the Region’s lead economic development organization, we represent eight member counties and the state’s capital city – Calhoun, Clarendon, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lexington, Newberry, Orangeburg, Richland counties and the City of Columbia.
